What counts as a technician?
A technician is a user who captures field data: test results, readings, and inspection records at the gear. Office users who schedule jobs, review results, and pull reports are free, with no seat limit.
Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. Sign up, add up to two technicians, and run real jobs. We ask for payment only when you upgrade.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month plans cancel at the end of the billing month. Annual plans are prorated at the end of the term.
Where is my data?
Each company gets an isolated database, encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on AWS. Your test data is never mixed with another company's.
What forms are included?
Every plan ships with a forms library for electrical testing and maintenance programs, and the custom form builder lets you create any test or inspection form your work requires, in any trade, with no per-form fees.
