Do I need a credit card for the free plan?

No. Sign up, add up to two technicians, and run real jobs. We ask for payment only when you upgrade to Pro.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from the billing page in one click. You keep Pro access until the end of the current month, then the workspace returns to the Free plan.

Where is my data?

Each company gets an isolated database, encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on AWS. Your test data is never mixed with another company's.

What's the difference between Pro and Enterprise?
